While donating games kits to Siger Football Club at Siger Primary School in Rarieda Sub-County, Siaya County, and Deputy Chief Of Staff for Performance and Delivery Management Eliud Owalo says it is an opportunity for football stakeholders to get it right in the upcoming FKF elections.
