The point of validation and exploring a franchise opportunity is not to make or break your decision. It's so frustrating to me when candidates let franchisees set up a limiting belief about what's possible and they decide not to invest in a business based on that. Most people don't know how to work a business plan from an annual goal to a monthly goal down to a daily goal. Thus, they stumble along until they figure it out and get serious, or quit and walk away. The BUSINESS had the potential all along. It was the OWNER who did not capitalize on that potential.

It's unfortunate when candidates base their investment decision on what others have done or, more importantly, have NOT done with the opportunity in front of them.
