As many gyms have temporarily closed their doors during the Covid situation, more people are now training at home. Here is a simple body-weight home workout version of my minimalist training program, using accessories you can purchase online (ie: Amazon) such as suspension straps or parallette 'dip' bars (ie: Equalizer).
I included the entire workout in this video, however I did cut out most of the warmup and the 1 minute rest interval between each circuit. The entire training session was closer to 17 minutes.
