Because Louisiana Republicans are desperate to talk about anything other than the budget disaster they helped Jindal create, some of their leadership pulled an unprecedented stunt--- attempting a naked power grab that would split the budget for Attorney General Jeff Landry away from the rest of state government. Landry and the Jindal caucus still can't accept that they lost at the polls, and that they are bound to respect the office of the governor even if David Vitter isn't controlling it.
This clip that boils down the childishness of the entire, ridiculous affair. When Rep. Walt Leger calls him out on the impractical nature of the proposal, Landry happily embraces the characterization of acting like an eleven-year-old child.
