On December 19, a missile launched from Yemen struck a school in central Israel, causing significant damage. Drone footage revealed the collapsed main building of the Ramat Ef'al school, forcing the cancellation of classes for lower-grade students. Other students were instructed to study from home. The Israeli military confirmed the interception of the missile by the Israeli Air Force after sirens went off early in the morning. This attack is part of a series of similar incidents by Yemen's Houthis, who have expressed solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.
