Utah lawmakers met with Governor Spencer Cox and the Lt. Governor, Deidre Henderson, on April 10, 2023 at the Thomas S. Monson Center on South Temple, downtown Salt Lake City, to discuss the significance and sign seven groundbreaking technology, energy and infrastructure-related bills that were passed in the 2023 legislative session.
