🧩Problem-solving: How do you solve the issues that will come along? How do you analyze the deal flow correctly and present it? How do you overcome any permitting issues? How do you deal with neighbor objections and create win/win scenarios? How do you control and mitigate risk in all its forms?

📈Scale: The ability to identify bottlenecks in advance – and hire ahead of those bottlenecks.
