D’Streak Flo has emerged as finalists in the recent D:2 Dance Competition 2022, organised by Chingay Singapore! ❤️
The D:2 Competition involves the fusion of a cultural dance with any genre or style in the dance scene. For this piece, D’Streak Flo decided to take an approach of fusing Malay dance with an open choreography style. Not normally used in a Malay dance setting, Treat Me Like Fire by Lion Babe is the song used for this piece, highlighting the different aspects of Malay dance and choreography with the different beats and layers of the song. Hope all of you enjoy this piece! ☺️
