Ingredients
• 2 cups Rice, uncooked, washed
• 4 cups Water
• 2 (12 oz.) cans Evaporated milk
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
Directions
In a medium pot over medium-high heat, combine rice and water. Cover and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and lower heat to medium-low. Add evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Whisk to combine. Simmer mixture for about 20-30 minutes while frequently stirring.
Serve and enjoy.
