Gour is located 18 Km away from Malda town adjacent to the Bangladesh border, and historical monuments scattered within vast aggro field, mango orchard and many water bodies. Mejor monuments are within 4 Km of Gour citadel in India and some are in Bangladesh.

Ranted car and Magic Van is available from Malda. It is advisable to stay in Malda and cover all places in Gour during day time by any mode of transport.
