Bulletproof Hamstrings

Happy Christmas everyone! I hope you had a wonderful day.
Now, you can work the hamstrings through hip extension or knee flexion (since they attach to both ends of the muscle).
It's probably a good idea to cover both bases. This will likely make you more robust.
Here's an excellent knee flexion exercise that is fantastic for strengthening the hamstrings.
There's a progression for everyone. Start at the right level and overtime aim to advance in difficulty.
