If you run an eCommerce store or you're crowdfunding, you've probably heard that it's great to work with 3PLs or order fulfillment centers.
And I mean, we're definitely biased toward that, but you want make sure it's a good fit before you go getting into a business relationship you can't get out of.
So here are six signs that you need truly do need the help.
1. Your customer base is growing fast with no sign of slowing down.
2. You're not able to ship out order quickly or accurately on your own.
3. You or your team are overworked, and it's because of shipping.
4. Your business operations feel terribly complicated, especially with shipping.
5. Shipping fees are eating you alive. (Side note, 3PLs get lower rates on postage 'cause we use a lot of it.)
6. You're out of storage space.
If you answer yes to any of these, you probably need an order fulfillment center. It's a least worth the research!
