21 year old Evans Amankwah, from Reading, has been honoured for his high-profile Fixer campaign against knife crime, which won support from MPs and police chiefs. Stars including Tinchy Stryder and Gabriella Cilmi were among the audience at the vinspired National Awards at the Indig02 Arena in London where Evans was revealed as the South West Shout Award winner.
