DEBATE : On Monday Egypt carried out air strikes against Islamic State group targets after the beheadings of 21 Egyptian nationals in Libya over the weekend. Although Egypt has now dropped its call for a UN mandate for military intervention in the country, others are calling for immediate action against the expansion of the islamist extremists. What future for an already beleagured Libya?
