When Alexander Graham Bell was granted the patent for the telephone in 1876, who knew to what extent that this communications medium would revolutionize business and society-at-large? And, here we are more than 140 years later and talking by voice is still one of the most vital technologies when owning and operating a business. (Email is its nearest rival and has yet to kill off the telephone after nearly 50 years of existence.) However, communicating by voice using today’s technologies looks very different than in Bell’s day. In this Webinar, we will dive into the technologies available to help Small Business use telephony for greater cost controls, and greater productivity.
In this Web-based presentation, we covered:
- How to choose a good telecommunications hardware, platforms and carriers for your Small Business, and mobile phone plans available, too.
- What sales and customer service products and services are available in telephony to help you compete with Big Business.
- An overview of software and mobile apps that help you be more product when communicating with customers, vendors, and staff by phone.
