The most exciting activity in this leg of the trip is finally here. Today 5 of us will finally scuba dive for the first time together.
While Mamay is already a certified scuba diver, has tested the waters in different parts of Indonesia, Vero is currently taking her license and will have her final test today, Jen, Kajo and myself are total newbie. That is why the three of us will only be trying discover scuba, which means we will be closely accompanied by an instructor throughout the diving experience.
Thrilled and nervous at the same time, we sailed to Bunaken and experienced the sea like never before. We ended up not liking the activity, instead we LOVE it! I predict that scuba diving would soon become a regular activity in our travel journey and a plan to gain a diving license is already on the way.
