High Court has directed Crime Branch to get fresh radiological examination conducted of the body of late Bismarque Dias by Thursday and submit report on Friday. High Court also taken on record the report of medical experts which suggests that further autopsy of Bismarque Dias body is not possible. High Court is likely to decide on Friday a petition pleading to perform last rites of Bismarque Dias.
Prosecution on Wednesday submitted the report of medical experts panel, formed by the High Court, which suggests that further autopsy of Bismarque Dias body is not possible as the body has been mummified. Tough, the medical experts suggested that radiological examination can be conducted of the body of late Bismarque Dias which can hint the cause of death. Taking on record the report of medical experts, High Court as suggested by the medical experts directed Crime Branch to get fresh radiological examination conducted of the body of late Bismarque Dias by Thursday and submit report on Friday.
