Sochi's seafront has become a place of mourning, as residents lay flowers and light candles to honour the victims of Sunday's plane crash.
The Defence Ministry plane crashed shortly after taking off from the city on the Black Sea.
Maxim Sokolov, Russian Transport minister, visited Sochi airport to lead commemorations and lay flowers at a makeshift memorial.
Officials and residents also lit candles and prayed for the dead in the airport chapel.
