Kingdom of the planet of the apes was an amazing movie and a great way to start off the new Noa trilogy, Caesar’s legacy is safe in the hands of Wes Ball. I had originally believed that some of these new characters would be the descendants of some of the previous characters.
After watching the movie, this is likely the case with certain characters. Proximus is likely related to Koba and Raka is likely related to Maurice. Noa on the other hand may not be related to Caesar by blood, but rather spiritually. Noa and Caeser are spiritually related. Rust and the other rocket clones could be related to rocket.
The funny thing is, the scenes I used for Noa, Rust, Raka and Proximus from the trailers are ether never used in the actual movie, or were heavily altered in changed in the final film.
