Oh yeah you get the initial maze in purple if you insert your coin during a particular part of the attract screen, I made a while video showing how to do that and of course then forgot how to do it myself ^ _^ ; D [ Ссылка ]

Ms. Pac-Man says "© Midway Mfg Co 1980/1981" on the start screen, it didn't actually come out until 1982 though.
