What is the SCP foundation?
What is the SCP foundation? One of the cornerstones of internet lore is the SCP foundation which stands for Secure Contain and Protect. It’s a website with its own universe of Monsters, scary stairs and cute slime creatures. As a lover of fiction and crazy detailed lore, it’s not everyday that you find such a website to explore, which seemingly has endless info related to it and you can go on and on exploring it for basically ever because it’s a collaborative project with the internet. SCP is the only collaborative project I’ve seen that's this detailed though. Almost all SCP creatures are really unique and the idea is the SCP foundation is responsible for keeping all these horrendous creatures at bay and they do it by any means necessary. Some SCP creatures are cute like the slime creature I've mentioned before but for every cute raccoon in a trenchcoat you have horrific monsters that are a threat to humanity. Some of my favorite SCP stories are SCP 1875 aka the Antique chess computer, SCP 693 the Knotty Stalker, and SCP 767 the crime scene photographs which I might make a video on separately but that basically explains
