President Museveni has hailed the vision of the United Arab Emirates leaders for turning a desert into a center of affluence adding that - this should be a challenge to Africans.
President Museveni said this - during celebrations to mark the Uganda National day at the sidelines of the Dubai expo 2020 in the United Arab Emirates.
Museveni also enumerated on the numerous investment opportunities available in Uganda to the UAE business community.
