Look I wasn't born with a tiny waist or muscle mass. These things are all achievable if you eat right and follow my workout routine. If you go back and watch some of my old videos you'll realize I never had good genetics to start off with. There is no luck in building a v-taper other than lifting weights and eating clean. I wish someone made a video like this at the start of my weightlifting journey would've saved me so much time.
