On 04/14/2024 Destin Fla. Okaloosa County FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION Officers witnessed a boat speeding by them as officer's was conducting a safety inspection on a jet ski. Once the officers caught up to vessel and performing safety inspection. Testing was administered and the captain was arrested for possibility of being impaired with operating the boat. It was also stated he was a former Navy Seal who had just retired from active duty.
