Griffith University and Universitas Airlangga are committed to collaborating in conducting a tailor-made program involving 12 students of each party to learn and discover the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on society, especially Indonesia, through customs and perspective.
Besides providing lectures with experts, students are provided with field trips as the platform for cross-cultural learning and understanding to achieve sustainable development goals.
In this opportunity, students are learning to make their own pottery, as one of the traditional industries in Indonesia. Further, they are brought to explore the beauty of Prambanan, which is located in Central Java. This program is expected could be a way to strengthen the partnership of both parties and give cross-cultural exposure to students from both universities.
