- Alkorta Bacalaos who came from Elgoibar (Gipuzkoa - Spain) to showcase their extraordinary cod products and the different ways to cook them,
- Queseria 1605 for bringing their stunning Manchego cheeses and, - Cecinas Pablo who impressed us with the different tastes of their cured beef meats.
