Woodver Coatings Pvt Ltd is a Joint Venture born in 2014 from the collaboration of Unique International Pvt Ltd and Verinlegno SpA.
Unique International Pvt Ltd started its journey in 1995 and focused on wood finishes in 1997 representing well known Italian brands, including Verinlegno, and supporting their establishment in the Indian market.

Verinlegno SpA from the foundation in 1975 has grown up in the typical spirit of Italian enterprises: brilliant ideas, strong technical skills and spirit of initiative. Today Verinlegno has a manufacturing plant of 10.000 square meters surface and presence in 50 countries in the world including two more joint ventures, VeryLak in the USA and Senita in Senegal.

Today Woodver has one manufacturing plant in Bahadurgarh (Haryana) three Corporate Offices (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai) and a rich network of dealers and distributors in the whole national territory.

Our aim is to produce top quality paints and varnishes with latest Italian technology, offering to our customers the best products in the market at very competitive prices.
