Brent Cook, Editor for Exploration Insights, is getting more aggressive in the mining space after four to five years of remaining cautious. While he’s not predicting this is the bottom in metals, he notes that the sector is down about 80-90% and that mining is cyclical. He says he’s starting to put his money into companies that have an asset that generates good free cash flow or exploration companies with cash and the technical ability to last for a few years and actually find something.
