This impressive trek passes beneath the magnificent Salkantay Mountain (6.71km / 20569ft), one of the highest and most impressive in the Peruvian Andes. Its first two days will be dominated by the impressive "Apus" of Salkantay and Huamantay, as we traverse the high Puna landscape. The third day will descend to the warm cloud forest, to reach Aguas Calientes the fourth day. The impressive Inca sacred city of Machupicchu.
