Earlier on Wednesday, at the Government's daily briefing on the public health crisis, it was confirmed that a consignment of swabs to test for Covid-19 has now arrived in Gibraltar.
Mr Picardo said the state of emergency in Spain means that medical supplies cannot be exported until the Spanish Government agrees. But he said goods that were already in transit are being allowed across the commercial gate.
