Jackfruit curry or 'Kiri Kos' is a popular Sri Lankan village dish that is usually served with Rice. A delicious combination is coconut sambol (aka pol sambol) and kehel muwa curry ([ Ссылка ]) along with it.
Ingredients:
15-18 jackfruit pieces
1 onion sliced
5 cloves garlic crushed with their peel
2-3 green chillies (increase to 5 if you enjoy a little extra chilli)
Pandan leaf/ curry leaves
1/2 tsp chilli powder (increase to 1 if you like)
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
3 cups coconut milk
