What I want to talk about today is Delta T, what Delta T is as a measurement from the return grill to the supply the supply is blowing out air and they return is pulling air in across the coil, the difference between the two is what is referred to as temperature difference has the air maxes throughout the condition space you will have a rise in temperature this supply usually blows out some where between 57 is 65° the return should be pulling in 18 degree difference, the prefect exchange, for example if your air conditioning is blowing out 55° your return it should be somewhere around 73°, if you are pulling back air across the coil and there's only 15° difference the coil is under charged you will need to add refrigerant,
If the system is blowing out 50° Air you're pulling back 20 degree difference the unit is overcharged.
Your air-conditioning contractor should understand this add true they do a new install they should always check the delta T. always make sure your return grills are properly sized and the ductwork is sealed, make sure you replace your filters what's the month or better yet put the exact date a replacement and replace as needed.
Thank you for watching
