Some of my fondest childhood memories come from the late nights in the garage with my dad rebuilding various engines for various reasons. As time went on we did less and less as our lives got busier, and so when given the opportunity to do it again on this BMW N20 with a loose timing chain I put everything on hold and got wrenching with the help of my friend and my dad.

In this part we take (almost) everything apart and perform a much needed carbon cleaning service with a walnut blaster!
