To Make Keema Masala:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onions 2 Chopped
Green chilli 2 Chopped
Tomatoes 2 Chopped
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Rock Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Mutton keema 250 gms
Water
To Make Kari Dosa:
Dosa batter
Mutton keema Masala
Coriander leaves
Oil
Method
1.Heat a pan with some oil, add onions, green chilies, curry leaves and saute them
2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute along
3.Add tomatoes and cook them
4.Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well
5.Add the mutton keema and cook for 5 mins
6.Add enough water and close and cook for 20 mins
7.Finally add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well
8.Keep this aside
9.Beat an egg and keep it aside
10.Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of the dosa batter
11.After a couple of seconds, pour the egg onto the dosa
12.Add oil and cook it
13.After the egg settles into the dosa, add the mutton keema gravy
14.Add coriander leaves and pepper powder on top of it
15.Flip it and add oil and cook it
16.Serve the Kari Dosa hot
Bun Parotta
Ingredients
Maida - 2 cups
Salt
Sugar - 1 Tsp
Egg - 1 no.
Milk - 1 Tbsp
Oil
Method
In a bowl, add maida, sugar, salt, egg, milk and mix everything
Gradually add water and mix well
Knead it for 10 mins (punch the dough for a softer dough)
Spread some oil over the dough and rest it for 2 hours
Take a little bit of the dough and roll it
Brush some oil over the small dough balls and rest it again for 1 hour
Grease the rolling surface with some oil and roll out the dough thinly
Fold it inwards and roll the dough as shown in the video
Flatten the dough
Heat a rawa with oil and place the dough onto it
Keep the flame on medium low and cook it till you get a golden color on both sides
Seperate the layers of the parotta as shown in the video
Serve the Bun parotta hot .
