I have been craving a good patty melt recently, and decided to make these delicious Cheesy Patty Melts. Snagged some ketchup to make some delicious diner sauce on these patty melts. Seared off over high heat, these ground beef patties get topped with not one but three different types of cheese for some extra cheesiness.
