Have you ever had this delicious Moroccan bread?
Ingredients: (for a dozen)
1 cup and 1/2 of Semolina flour
Lukewarm water
3 tsp of Instant yeast
2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of white flour (for dusting)
optional for serving: melted Butter and honey
How to :
Sift Semolina flour , add salt yeast and water. Knead the dough for 7-10 min.
Form small sized balls.
Dust a surface with white flour and place the dough balls on it.
Slightly press the dough until flat, then cover with a cloth and set aside for 15-20 min.
Heat a non stick pan and cook the bread on both sides until it gets puffy.
You can enjoy this bread multiple ways but our favorite is with melted butter and honey.
