PP Blown Film Extrusion designs for producing the PP film, the thickness range is from 0.02 – 0.08 mm each layer. The width range is
(1) MGPP-55: 150 - 500 mm
(2) MGPP-65: 200 - 650 mm
(3) MGPP-75: 500 - 900 mm

Machine Features:
(1) The inverter of main extruder of PP Blown Film Extrusion is ABB.
(2) The blow film die is installed the rotating die to get the best quality of film.
(3) The screen is manual changing type. For the transparent film production, it might require to clean the filter every 2 week.
(4) The water cooling station is installed the high quality of bearing for low frequent maintain.
(5) The corona treatment is option for printing purpose.
(6) The Winding of PP Blown Film Extrusion is installed the auto tension controller to control proper tension of roll.
(7) The optional equipment is the additional solutions we can support
a. The double side winder
b. Auto tension controller with load cell
c. Corona treatment.
d. 3 or 6 inch Air shaft winding shaft
