A family of four is among 14 members of two active drug trafficking syndicates who were arrested following a series of raids in Muar and Johor Baru, this week.
In the first case, a family – comprising a woman, her two sons and a brother-in-law – was arrested in Muar in a series of five raids, which also saw police seizing drugs worth RM3.4 million.
On another matter, Johor police said they are on the lookout for a Singaporean who is believed to be involved in the case of drug smuggling using a drone from Johor to Singapore.
He also said that police are in contact with their Singaporean counterparts to get more information on the case.
