Sharing rough recipe
Boil milk with milk powder until you get desired consistency . Keep stirring it while doing that ! It took me around 15-20 mins for 1 little milk!
at the end add cardamom powder and rose syrup ( rooh afza) . If you don’t have rooh afza , you can’t do some rose flavour and color . Keep it aside to cool off
I have use store bought spongy rasgulla for quick version . Just remove excess sugar from rasgulla and add it into milk when it is completely cooled off . Don’t add it when it’s hot or warm
