Peter Hudson says God got his attention on June 29, 2009 and now thanks to Him and the wonderful care he received at Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) he's a changed man. Peter and his partner were responding to a 2 a.m. fire call when the house they were in unexpectedly "flashed over" or became engulfed in flames, Peter caught fire too. He tried to make his way to the front door, but misjudged where it was. He became disoriented and trapped. For about four minutes his head, arms and back burned until he found a window to jump out of.
