The Senate passed a $1.7 trillion funding package Thursday, just in time to avert a partial government shutdown. The deal includes $45 billion for Ukraine, reform for the Electoral Count Act and provides protections for new mothers in the workplace. The House is expected to pass the bill later Friday.
