Schezwan cheese roll ups served as a perfect party appetizer. Schezwan sauce plays a vital role in Indo-Chinese Dishes. In this recipe we make cheesy rolls which are very quick & each to make. If kids don’t like to have spicy sauce then you can avoid Schezwan sauce and use tomato sauce. But with cheese it tastes yummy and kids also love this recipe as it is.
Ingredients:-
For 5 Schezwan cheese rolls
Bread slices-5
Cheese slices-5
Butter- For toasting rolls
Mixed herbs or you can use oregano also
Schezwan sauce
Steps:-
1. Take a bread slice and flatten it by using a rolling pin so that it become easy to roll it.
2. Spread Schezwan sauce on this flatten bread slice.
3. Now place a cheese slice on bread slice.
4. Add some mixed herbs.
5. Make a roll and press it gently.
6. Make all rolls in similar way.
7. Take a pan add some butter and toast all rolls from both sides till they become crispy and golden brown from both sides & then take them out of the pan(At medium flame of heat).
8. Now serve them hot with tomato sauce.
