Vegetable Biryani / Veg Biryani in Pressure Cooker/ Lunch Box Recipe
VEG BIRIYANI
Fresh biriyani masala

Cinnamon 10gms
Cardamom 10gms
Cloves 5 gms
Fennel seeds 1 tbspn
Grind - fine powder
Preparation

Oil 100ml
Cloves 4
Cinnamon sticks 1 inch
Cardamom 2
Bay leaves
Marati mokku 1
Kalpasi 1/2 tspn
Fennel seeds 1 tspn
Sliced Onion 2
Green chilly 6
Ginger garlic paste 3 spn
Salt
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Tomato 2
Curd 1 /2 cup
Red chilly powder 1 tspn ur spice level
Fresh biriyani masala 1tspn
Add one by one n Sautee well to make pickle consistency
Add veggies of ur choice
Add water 1 cup rice 1/2 cup water
Allow it to boil
Add 20 mins soaked 400gms basmathi rice mix gently
Add 1/2 lemon juice
Add 2 tbspn ghee
Cover n cook on medium flame
Wait for 10 mins
Switch off the flame
Serve hot after 10 mins
