1ST impressions of Charlotte Tilbury's Glow Toner. This toner is meant to be applied after cleansing, and before other serums and moisturizer/sunscreen. It has hydrating ingredients, combined with niacinamide, meant to give a glow to the skin by leveraging the formulation.

Please note - this is fragranced, and contains a number of perfuming ingredients/oils, so may not be suitable for all skin types/concerns. My first impressions for my own combination, sensitive/rosacea-prone skin is that it was not irritating to my skin.
