in 1928 a man named Gordon Stewart Northcott abducted and killed 4 boys(comfirmed) on a chicken coop in the city once known as Wineville, Ca. Now known as Mira Loma, Ca.
The movie Changeling was based on what happened on that land and what happened to Christine Collins with the LAPD, one of the mothers looking for her son.
the house still stands as it did in the 1920's.
