Fallout 3 was always supposed to look a bit grubby, being set in a post-nuclear apocalyptic wasteland and all, but there were aspects of it that were simply a wee bit rough around the edges, regardless of the game's grim backdrop. Since Fallout 3's release on Xbox 360 back in 2008, games have enjoyed a fairly considerable bump in resolution (among other enhancements, of course), making going back to the wasteland a little jarring.
