In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make fudge at home with a three ingredient fudge recipe. If you are a fudge lover then try this recipe out. It is super easy to make, much faster than traditional fudge, and tastes amazing! I have nothing against traditional fudge, in fact, I love it, but this is just another more simplified version, that you can try. Homemade fudge is so yummy. If I can do it, you can do it. Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz or 396 g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (56 to 60 g)
2 1/4 cups of chocolate (milk chocolate, dark, semi-sweet, or a combination of them all, about 400 g)
Optional ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts

parchment paper
kitchen spray (optional, helps to keep the parchment paper in the pan)
11x9 or 9x9 pan (depending on how thick you want your fudge)
