After completing the Super Circuit tracks, there is an unlockable feature where you can race in 20 tracks from the Super Mario Kart game, called the Extra Cups or Extra Tracks. To unlock them, you have to replay every Super Circuit cup the second time while collecting 100 coins or more. Doing so on one of these cups will enable you to press L or R buttons to switch to the Extra Tracks. Enjoy!
