Poğaça is a Turkish bread filled with cheese, black olives or meat. Pogaca found in the cuisines of the Balkans, and Turkey. Pogaca bread is my favourite which I enjoy with a cup of tea for breakfast or in the evening. It is very easy to make at home. You can make smaller ones if you like. They are absolutely delicious straight from the oven, but they also keep well for a few days. The next day (if any left!), you can microwave them for 10 seconds or gently heat under the grill, soooooooo delicious. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

2 large Eggs تخم مرغ
1 cup Warm Milk شیر
1 cup Water آب
1 cup Olive oil روغن زیتون
1 tablespoon Sugar بوره
1 teaspoon Salt نمک
1 1/2 tablespoons Yeast خمیر مایه
1 teaspoon Baking powder بیکینگ پودر
8 cups Plain flour آرد سفید
Fillings:
1 cup chopped Parsley جعفری
500 g Feta cheese پنیر فتا
2 Eggs yolks زرده تخم مرغ
2 tablespoons Milk شیر
Sesame seeds دانه کنجد
