ढाबा स्टाईल लसूणी पालक पनीर बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/२ कप पाणी
• १ पालक ची जुडी
• २ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• २ मोठे चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १/२ चमचा लसूण पेस्ट
• १/२ चमचा गरम मसाला
• लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा बेसन
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• १ चमचा बटर
• पनीरचे तुकडे
• १ चमचा तेल
• बारीक चिरलेला लसूण
• २~३ सुक्या लाल मिरच्या
• लाल तिखट

Today we are preparing dhaba style lasuni palak paneer. We already have seen palak paneer recipe. Today, we will go a step ahead to make lasuni palak paneer that too perfectly like the one that we eat on street side dhabas. This is a very easy and simple recipe. I will be sharing quite a few tips to retain the green color of palak, to keep the paneer soft. This sabzi looks tempting and tastes super delicious. Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 bunch Spinach
• 2 Green chilies
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Besan
• Salt to taste
• Water to adjust the consistency
• 1 tsp Butter
• Paneer cubes
• 1 tsp Oil
• Chopped Garlic
• 2~3 dry Red chilies
• Red chili powder
Method:
• Wash palak leaves really good.
• Heat up water in a pan and add spinach leaves, green chilies.
• After cooking palak for about a minute, flip it over and cook for about 5 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let them mixture cool down.
• Blend the mixture into puree in blender.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• When cumin seeds splutter add onion and fry until it gets nice golden color.
• Add garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder fry well for about a minute.
• Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining space.
• Roast it for about a minute and add salt. Mix everything well together.
• Add the palak puree, water, butter.
• Mix well and cook the puree for about 5 minutes.
• Add paneer and cook together for about 3-4 minutes.
• For tadka heat up oil in a tadka pan and add garlic.
• Fry garlic well until it gets nice golden color and add dry red chilies and red chili powder.
• Mix well and add this tadka into palak paneer. Lasuni palak paneer is ready.
• You can serve it with roti or naan.
